Shape is a disability-led arts organisation working to improve access to culture for disabled people. We develop opportunities for disabled artists, we train cultural institutions to be more open to disabled people, and we run participatory arts and development programmes.
After successfully securing a Catalyst Arts Fund grant from Arts Council England, Shape is now seeking two experienced fundraisers to help diversify its fundraising. These brand new roles will lead on the development of our individual giving strategy to help further Shape’s work with disabled artists, audiences and disabled people aspiring to develop their careers in the arts.
We are looking for people who can inspire funders to get excited about what we do. You will need a passion for our work and the skills to compel funders to support us.
To apply, please download the recruitment pack, which includes full details and an application form. The pack is on our vacancies page, please click on the link on this page. If you would like to discuss these roles further, please contact us on 0207 424 7330.
Please tell us if you would like this information in other formats.
Shape is committed to equality and diversity in employment. While we welcome applicants from anyone who has a clear commitment to upholding and enhancing the rights of disabled people, we particularly encourage applications from disabled people as well as people from BME communities.
