Job: Head of Research and Evaluation

Creative & Cultural Skills supports the skills and training needs of the UK’s creative and cultural industries.

We deliver through our Skills Academy, a growing network of employers and training providers who are committed to the provision of high quality, industry-relevant creative education and training, careers advice and apprenticeships.

As we extend the Skills Academy to reach a broader range of beneficiaries, we are recruiting a new Head of Research and Evaluation to help us measure the impact of our programmes and to drive our research strategy forward.

This role will lead the delivery of high quality research and evaluation to underpin all our activity, helping to make the case for skills development and investment in the creative and cultural industries, and making this publically accessible through www.creative-blueprint.co.uk.

The postholder will lead our research strategy, undertaking economic research to benefit our members and the wider sector, providing market research to support our business development, and managing an evaluation programme to measure the impact of our work.
