Fashion photography workshop enables you to explore the image in the context of a fashion story. You will be required to work within a team to develop your style and creative ideas.
You will develop your knowledge in questioning the foundations of a fashion image and its role in photography from developing an idea to its execution.
This workshop will allow you to ask questions about the aesthetics of an image to developing your own style in capturing a fashion sequence.
Course Objectives
You be expected to work within a team shooting your chosen theme and develop a narrative for short fashion projects. Reviewing contact sheet and selecting images for your portfolio from your fashion shoot. You will develop an understanding about the process involved and an insight about the world of fashion photography.
Materials Needed
You should have your own DSLR and be confident in how your camera operates. Your camera should be fully charged and hold a flashcard no less then 2GB. Beginners SLR workshops are advised before taking this workshop. We also offer 1-2-1 Mentoring programme for students whom are interested in developing their portfolio.
