Pete Mosley will help you analyse the way your business performs, think about your product and routes to market, look at how to improve your marketing, get new customers and tune up your creative business thinking.

This day is for anyone who feels their business has inherent problems or imbalances that need to be addressed but is unclear about how to do this or would welcome support.

Pete will explore and illustrate each step of the day in detail – with plenty of time for questions and answers. You need to establish your own preferred route for your business and fully understand how to make it work for you in the future. This workshop will help you make those plans.

Tutor Pete Mosley has run his own business ‘The Art of Work’ since 1984. He is Business Editor for Craft & Design magazine, and has many years experience of working with and coaching creative businesses.

Pete is the author of ‘Make Your Creativity Pay’ practical advice for creatives. He also writes for and advises the readers of craft&design; magazine in his capacity as business editor, and writes for Creative Choices.
