Job: Head of Individual Giving

Cheltenham Festivals is an exciting cultural organisation running significant Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals.

Building on its very successful Patrons scheme and a strong prospect pool, a skilled fundraiser, with major gift experience, is now needed to drive individual giving across the four festivals.

This is a new role that requires a track record of successfully asking individuals face-to-face for significant financial support and of cultivating relationships with existing and potential donors.

You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and be able to communicate effectively in both formal and informal situations, representing Cheltenham Festivals at the highest level.

The ability to think strategically and creatively is important and empathy with the arts is essential.
