180° Leadership Assessment & Talent Accelerator Toolkit

 The 180° Leadership Assessment & Talent Accelerator Toolkit has been specially developed by T3 and Creative Choices° to help build the leadership skills of those working in the creative and cultural sectors.

It is of particular interest to those who aspire to a more senior leadership or management role and would like to learn where their strengths and areas for development are.

You will be asked to complete a questionnaire on your leadership abilities and also to nominate a close colleague – ideally your manager, but certainly someone who regularly sees you in action, and is able to comment on your behaviour.

After the completion of the assessment, you will be guided through the selection of development areas, and the creation of a development plan. Here, it is strongly recommended that you have a colleague or mentor to work with you in identifying your areas for development and creating an action plan.
